When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 1, 2025.

Can we bring our kids?

While we love your children, this will be an adult-only celebration, with the exception of those in the wedding party. Please enjoy a child-free evening and make it a date night on us!

What should I wear to your wedding?

Dress Code: Black-Tie Optional

We invite you to join us in celebrating this special day in style. Guests are encouraged to wear a tuxedo, suit and tie, or slacks with a buttoned shirt. An evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would also be perfect.

Is there a color palette I should adhere to?

We want everyone to feel comfortable and express their style, so there’s no strict color palette. However, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing all-white or cream, as those colors are reserved for the bride. Thank you for understanding!

Where should I stay if I am traveling from out of town?

We’ve reserved three hotel blocks at Domain Northside in Austin for your convenience. We’ll be staying at the Archer Hotel, and we encourage you to book your stay at any of these locations.

Can I bring a plus one?

We ask that you only RSVP with a plus-one if your invitation specifically includes one, as we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What is the weather like in Austin, Texas in November?

Texas weather can be a bit unpredictable, but early November typically brings mild afternoons and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing a jacket or shawl to stay comfortable as the temperature drops.

Ceremony

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception are taking place at Villa Antonia located at 19039 Adrian Way, Jonestown, TX 78645.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to get settled and find your seat before the ceremony begins.

How can I get to the wedding? Will transportation be provided?

Shuttle transportation will be provided for all guests staying at our hotel blocks, as well as for anyone who indicates interest on the RSVP form. Shuttles will depart from the Archer Hotel at the Domain promptly at 3:00 PM, with two return trips scheduled for later in the evening.

There is also parking available at the venue, and a map to the Villa can be found on the homepage. Your safety is our top priority, so please consider using ride-share options if needed!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

We’ve planned for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, but rest assured, our venue is equipped to transition to a fully indoor celebration if needed. We’ll keep you updated on any changes as we approach the big day!

Reception

What type of food will be served?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a sit-down family-style dinner. To accommodate all guests, we will be offering a meat, fish, and a gluten-free/vegan option.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please indicate on your RSVP form if you require a gluten-free/vegan option.

Will there be an open bar?

An open bar will be available for guests to enjoy throughout both cocktail hour and the reception.
